Swine Flu in Mexico and the USA

Swine Flu
“Jose Cordova confirmed that a four-year-old boy in the eastern state of Veracruz had suffered from the virus as early as February…The boy was one of about 1,800 people who suffered from a potent flu in the region in February, leading to calls to investigate if there was some kind of new epidemic.” Telegraph

Mexico

Mexico

In February, the Solar Point for the Mexico Solar Return was in the First house (the country and its people as a whole.) This house is ruled by Pluto at 2 Capricorn. If you put that Pluto on Mexico’s natal chart, it falls in the Sixth house of the country’s birth chart (public health or sickness, epidemics) and is opposite it’s own birth position, indicating a once-in-248-year period of powerful, dramatic transformation.

USA 2008 Solar Return
USA

When the first cases of Swine Flu appeared in the USA, the Solar Point of the Solar Return was in the house ruled by Mercury in the Sixth house (public health or sickness, epidemics) opposite Pluto in the First house (the country and its people as a whole.)

Because of the influence and location of Pluto in both charts, Swine Flu will have the effect of essentially changing the nature of both Mexico and the USA.

Astrology of an Address ~ Dayel Kirk

    July 8, 2009

Dayel Kirk has a fun freebie on her site, The Reluctant Astrologer. She gives you the astrology of your address. She takes only the number from your address (no street name) and assigns it to the 360 degree zodiac. If you live in an apartment, only the apartment number is used, not the street number.

If you are a numerologist, you will find using the zodiac degree a very interesting addition to your number meanings.

My address number corresponds with 14 Pisces. Dayel describes this as:

A Pisces address is a place for rest or escape, relaxation, regeneration, creative expression, spiritual pursuits or solitude.

At this address, I have cared for elderly parents, started a small theatre and this blog, studied various religious texts, delved into spirituality, and found a great deal of solitude. It’s much more relaxing than my previous address (perhaps too much so) and has recently been certified as a wildlife habitat.

Thanks, Dayel! Please visit The Reluctant Astrologer to get the astrology of your address, along with some other freebies and some excellent posts on current astrological trends and personalities.
