		<description>I have always preferred the Sibley chart because the US was *so* Sagittarian:  optimistic, bouncy, don&#039;t-fence-me-in, &#039;go west young man, go west&#039;, cowboys, astronauts.

The clincher for me was the Pluto-Saturn opposition right on the Sibley Ascendant/Descendant axis on 911.

I also like this year&#039;s  Pluto on the Ascendant and in the First house of the Sibley Solar Return.  (The first house is the country as a whole, its general condition and prosperity and health.)</description>

I like reading Michael Wolfstar who uses a Scorpio rising chart.  That chart would put the current transit placement of Pluto in the 2nd house and Neptune in the 4th house (home, mortgages).  In the Solar return, Uranus is in the fourth.  Just a different perspective.</description>
