  Pluto in Capricorn is a big part of the explanation. The last time Pluto was in Capricorn was 1762 to 1777 when both Canada and the US became nations.

  There is an interesting article called 'Road to Independence, a chronology of events of the next 13 years.' that covers almost exactly that period of time.

Is Bill Angry?

Bill Clinton has stepped out of the spotlight since Hillary conceded to Barack Obama on June 7. Is he angry? Will he support Obama? Every time Hillary appears there are questions about why Bill isn’t there as well.

Bill *was* angry. His Solar return shows that for the period from May 1 to June 7, Bill was in the period ruled by Mars – the first planet you look for regarding anger issues. Mars is opposite Jupiter — Jupiter always expands issues — and Mars is square to the North Node so anger and ego interfered with goals and public support.

It isn’t easy or natural for Bill to express anger. The Mars/Neptune conjunction on his ascendant shows that anger is experienced as dangerous and confusing and, when it does build up, there aren’t any angles to Mars that help him. It’s messy and it is shocking because it seems so out of character.

Since June 7, and until his birthday on August 19, Bill Clinton is in the portion of the Solar return that is ruled by a powerful Venus, Sun, Saturn and Mercury conjunction and he will regain some of the stature he lost during the primary campaign.

  Dayel Kirk has a fun freebie on her site, The Reluctant Astrologer. She gives you the astrology of your address. She takes only the number from your address (no street name) and assigns it to the 360 degree zodiac. If you live in an apartment, only the apartment number is used, not the street number.

  If you are a numerologist, you will find using the zodiac degree a very interesting addition to your number meanings.

  My address number corresponds with 14 Pisces. Dayel describes this as:

  A Pisces address is a place for rest or escape, relaxation, regeneration, creative expression, spiritual pursuits or solitude.

  At this address, I have cared for elderly parents, started a small theatre and this blog, studied various religious texts, delved into spirituality, and found a great deal of solitude. It’s much more relaxing than my previous address (perhaps too much so) and has recently been certified as a wildlife habitat.
