The major transit involved is Neptune conjunct the Mars-Mercury-Sun configuration. Neptune is other-wordly energy associated with dreams, illusions, imagination and does not combine well with the physical, down-to-earth planets of Mars (passion, drive, anger, ambition), Mercury (thoughts processes and manner of communicating) and the Sun (physical body and ego). Neptune takes 84 years to complete a circuit so this is a once-in-a-lifetime event. In an older person, a Neptune transit is a time when the individual may start to drift away from the physical, energetic world. In this case, there are three of Kennedy’s planets involved so the effect is intensified.

Neptune is close enough now to have an effect but will reverse position on May 26, 2008, return in February, 2009 and pass back and forth for the following three years.

Another element involved is Saturn opposite Kennedy’s Natal Sun, a transit which indicates a depressed and/or focused body energy. Because of the nature of Kennedy’s birth chart, Saturn will move away from his Sun on June 4, 2008 but affect his Moon/Neptune conjunction for the month of July, possibly indicating another period of stress.

Astrology of an Address ~ Dayel Kirk

    July 8, 2009

Dayel Kirk has a fun freebie on her site, The Reluctant Astrologer. She gives you the astrology of your address. She takes only the number from your address (no street name) and assigns it to the 360 degree zodiac. If you live in an apartment, only the apartment number is used, not the street number.

If you are a numerologist, you will find using the zodiac degree a very interesting addition to your number meanings.

My address number corresponds with 14 Pisces. Dayel describes this as:

A Pisces address is a place for rest or escape, relaxation, regeneration, creative expression, spiritual pursuits or solitude.

At this address, I have cared for elderly parents, started a small theatre and this blog, studied various religious texts, delved into spirituality, and found a great deal of solitude. It’s much more relaxing than my previous address (perhaps too much so) and has recently been certified as a wildlife habitat.

Thanks, Dayel! Please visit The Reluctant Astrologer to get the astrology of your address, along with some other freebies and some excellent posts on current astrological trends and personalities.
