Hillary and Bill – Solar Returns

A few weeks ago Hillary Clinton sparkled but she now looks tired and her smiles seem forced. It has been a difficult time but the whole campaign has been difficult and Hillary usually thrives on a challenge.

On March 22, 2008 the Hillary’s Solar Return Sun moved into the sixth house of her Solar Return Chart and will stay there until April 22. The Sixth house has to do with health matters as well as service to others and the work environment.

The ruler of the sixth house is Venus, right at the top of the chart next to the mid-heaven, a very good place when you are asking for votes. Venus on the mid-heaven indicates popularity, particularly with women. Unfortunately, Venus in this chart is opposite Uranus and square Jupiter and both of those aspects indicate separation or breaking away so there may be changes in Hillary’s popularity or reputation in the period before April 22.

There may also be health difficulties, particularly those caused by stress or nervous tension. The aspects involved are often associated with problems such as sugar or hormone imbalances or sheer over-exertion or indulgence.

Venus is strongly associated with love and relationships so there is the possibility that Bill Clinton plays a large role in the coming weeks.

For the month of April, Bill’s Solar Return sun is in the area of the chart ruled by Neptune — opposite Venus, Sun, Saturn and Mercury and square to his natal Moon. That’s a lot of confusion, particularly in partnership areas.

Bill and Hillary’s Relationship Solar Return.

The relationship or Davison chart is a chart constructed for the exact mid-point in time and space between the two charts and experience has shown me that transits, returns, progressions etc. work as well on this relationship chart as they do on an individual’s chart.

The first thing to note is that the Sun in this chart is 2 Aries which means that Pluto is now squaring the Sun and the relationship is going through a death or death and rebirth process.

The second thing to note is that the Solar Return Sun is now moving through the area on the Solar Return chart that is ruled by this Pluto square the Sun (March 23 to April 20). Pluto in the SR chart is also opposite Mars. There will be anger or danger issues.

    At this address, I have cared for elderly parents, started a small theatre and this blog, studied various religious texts, delved into spirituality, and found a great deal of solitude.
