Reprise: Hillary for President?

The widespread national and international coverage of Hillary Clinton’s fainting spell underscored the powerful position she has achieved. There is a growing acceptance that she will run in the 2008 presidential election. Will she?

Hillary Clinton is a strong Scorpio. She has three planets in Scorpio and two of them are square Mars/Saturn/Pluto in Leo. She is accustomed to adversity; she expects adversity but, once she has decided what she wants, nothing can stop her. Until now.

Starting this year and continuing for the next three years, Neptune will make difficult aspects to her Scorpio and Leo planets. For the first time in her life, Hillary will not be able to count on her strength and determination, qualities that have brought her grudging respect from many who were once her critics.

Neptune represents all those things that are ‘otherworldly’ dreams and imagination. When Neptune makes aspects to down-to-earth points in the chart, it weakens them. They dissolve and re-form into a new structure.

For example, Neptune square Mars means that your energy, drive and ambition (Mars) is weakened and will emerge transformed at the end of the transit period. While the transit is active, it brings physical symptoms such as weird energy patterns, weakness, difficulty sleeping. There is confusion about goals. There is anger that is difficult to focus. You develop sensitivities to things that never bothered you before. Others get angry at you or attack you.

Someone as strong as Hillary will soldier through like she did after the fainting spell but she has three years of similar effects to endure. There will be many times when what she sets out to do or what she expects to happen will get confused. She will be physically weaker, her public image will gradually weaken and she will attract enemies.

A Scorpio is capable of deep transformation and healing and Hillary may find that this period is inwardly or spiritually rewarding but she will be vulnerable. Bill Clinton had a similar series of Neptune squares while he was president but most of them occurred after he was elected not during the gruelling election campaign.

If Hillary runs in 2008, it will be a wicked, nasty campaign and her image will be distorted. It would be a very difficult time to win a campaign.

She takes only the number from your address (no street name) and assigns it to the 360 degree zodiac. If you live in an apartment, only the apartment number is used, not the street number.

    If you are a numerologist, you will find using the zodiac degree a very interesting addition to your number meanings.

    My address number corresponds with 14 Pisces. Dayel describes this as:

    A Pisces address is a place for rest or escape, relaxation, regeneration, creative expression, spiritual pursuits or solitude.

    At this address, I have cared for elderly parents, started a small theatre and this blog, studied various religious texts, delved into spirituality, and found a great deal of solitude. It’s much more relaxing than my previous address (perhaps too much so) and has recently been certified as a wildlife habitat.
